Who handles your data

The controller is Angelico Data Intelligence, based in Lençóis Paulista (SP), Brazil. The data subject channel — to request access, correction, deletion or any other right — is angelico.guilhermefernando@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, subject, message and, if you provide it, phone number.
• The IP address of whoever submits the form, used only to limit repeated submissions. It stays in the server's memory for up to one hour and is not stored.
• This website does not use cookies or browsing analytics tools.

What we use it for

• Replying to the message you sent.
• Protecting the form against automated submissions and abuse.

Legal basis

Your message is handled to fulfill your own request, as a step prior to a possible contract (LGPD, Art. 7, V). The per-IP submission limit is our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Art. 7, IX).

Who we share it with

• Resend, which delivers the form message to our inbox. Its servers are outside Brazil, and the transfer follows Art. 33 of the LGPD.
• Microsoft Azure, which hosts the website and the form service.
• We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

The form message is not stored in a database: it becomes an email in our contact inbox and stays there for as long as the conversation needs it. You can request deletion at any time through the channel above.

Your rights

The LGPD (Art. 18) guarantees confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Write to angelico.guilhermefernando@gmail.com and we will reply within the legal deadline.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
